What you need to verify your identity

We verify every customer's identity to keep the platform safe and meet the law.
- Have a valid government-issued photo ID ready (passport, driver's license, or national ID).
- Go to Settings → Verification and follow the steps.
- Take clear, uncropped photos of your ID and a selfie when asked.
- Submit and wait for review — most decisions are quick. You'll get a notification when it's done.
