By opening or using a Fanxpro account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident with a valid government-issued ID to open an account. We may decline or close accounts at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Your Account & Wallet

Your Fanxpro wallet holds a U.S. dollar balance. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Fees

Applicable fees are disclosed in-app before you complete a transaction and may change with notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanxpro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect on the stated effective date.
