My deposit hasn't arrived — what to check

Most delayed deposits arrive on their own — here's what to check first.

1. Confirm the transfer left your bank or wallet and shows as sent on their side.
2. Check you used the exact reference/memo and, for stablecoins, the correct network.
3. Allow for settlement time — bank transfers can take a few business days.
4. Still missing after the expected window? Contact support with the date, amount, and reference so we can trace it.
